Hørlück, J., Kræmmergaard, P., Rask, M., & Rose, J. (Eds.). (2001). Organizing
for Networked Information Technologies - Cases in Process Integration and
Transformation. Aalborg, Denmark: Aalborg
University Press.
The book provides seven practical examples of how Danish
companies implemented new information technology in order to transform their
internal and external business processes. The purpose is to share some of the
companies' concerns and hopes during this implementation process, with each case
reporting a set of problems a particular company experienced.
The book is one of the outputs of the PITNIT
(Process Integration and Transformation based on new networked Information
Technologies) interdisciplinary research project.
